Installation on Windows Server 2003

I have installed SF 4.86a on a Windows Server 2003.
I am logged in as an Admin account.

During the first run of SuperFlexibleSynchronizer.exe I registered it and then it disappeared.
When I run SuperFlexibleSynchronizer.exe it flashes in the Windows Taskbar briefly and then disappears.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times but the GUI will not run.

SuperFlexibleSynchronizer.exe appears in the Task Manager as well before disappearing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
