The Profiles are all Windows -> S3
I copied all the files from my wife's machine to my own, so the LEFT side should be the same as before moving from one machine to another, except perhaps for some time stamps. At this stage the LEFT (My Machine) and RIGHT (S3) should have the same files, except ten or so.
But Syncovery wants to Re-Upload ALL the files, even when I try these settings to avoid timestamp problems:

What can I do to avoid waisting the time and bandwidth of getting files into S3 that are already there?
