Re-upload faulty file to ACD

Postby solemgar on Sat Jan 14, 2017 7:01 am

After the course of several cancel/retry job runs (to test resiliency after a OS error, network failure, etc...) I noticed one big file (165GB, split in 2GB files) is not being tried to re-upload anymore. If I try to restore it fails as it is missing some parts. Is there any way I can mark a file for re-upload or for the job to notice the file is not correct?

Thanks!

If the file is zipped, the part completeness is not verified yet. I will add it ASAP.

But you can manually choose the copying action "Left to right" in the Sync Preview. To do that, click on "Show All" in the top left corner and then select the file and right-click it to see the options and keyboard shortcuts you have in the Sync Preview.

Version 7.71 will now verify the complete chain of split parts and re-upload as necessary.
