roaming profiles

I am currently running a back up on a DC, how do I copy users roaming profile. All i get is empty folders and "access denied" in the log for the files.

Under Masks & Filters -> General Filters, you probably need to choose

"Follow Junction Points / Symbolic Links to Folders".

In addition, the profile must run under a user account that has access to all the data.
