Syncovery With Google Drive

We have been using Syncovery with Google Drive for a little while now and it is working great. The only thing is when the schedule backup runs it deletes the older backup and sends it to the trash which eventually fills up the Google Drive account. We were told to uncheck the recycle bin from the files\delete section, but still no luck.
