Scheduler window

Please help me. I put Super Flexible File Synchronizer to run on start up. But on start Scheduler window automaticly show. How can I hide this window on startup?

This is the main GUI, and it does not normally appear automatically. Maybe you dragged the Superflexible icon into the Startup folder in the Start menu. You can check and remove it.
