Need help setting up incremental backup

I am currently using the 30 day trial and i am not sure if this isn't included in the trial, but i want to see how the incremental backup works before i buy it.

I see this page:

I dont understand how to get to
"Checkbox to choose:
– tab sheet Versioning->Synthetic Backups: “Use Synthetic Backups”

and the picture dosent show me how to get to that area and i dont understand how to get to those checkboxes.
