Transfer new files only

I was wondering if there was a way to transfer only the files that do not exist on Right from Left to Right.

Yes, under Files->More you can choose "Don't Add Any Files".

I thought that option was basically telling the program to not add any new files? I want the program to ONLY add new files and not update any of the other files.

Oh, yes, you need the checkmark next to it: "Never replace any files".
