"Insufficient Software License"

Bought a Syncovery license yesterday. Entered the registration code as required, and the software gave me the message that the code was accepted. But my profiles are not working - they say that I have an "insufficient software license."

Additionally, I queried support@syncovery.com yesterday and received no acknowledgement or response.

Please assist.

Hello,
yes I still need to reply to your email. Sorry for the delay.

This message means that you are using a feature of the Professional Edition, such as FTP or something else, and you only bought the cheaper Standard Edition. You can upgrade here:
