Timeout to NAS

Postby SCORPION on Fri Aug 09, 2013 7:09 am

Hi,

I am using Syncovery 6.33 and I have continued to have this problem of my 2TB NAS at times it takes a few seconds to connect. I get the "cannot find path" error this is a scheduled job.

When I do a "manual" run of the job it works fine.

Now I know it is not a Syncovery problem........but is there a "setting" that would allow a longer "timeout" before it starts the job so the NAS would be there?

thanks :?:

You can try some settings on the tab sheet "Access & Retries" -> "Waiting and Retrying". For example let it re-run the job if there is an error building the file list.
