Only want to know what has changed

If I only want to know what has changed and don't necessarily want to update/syncronize the other folder, is there a way to do that?

Let me clarify - I only want to know which files on the source side have changed. I don't care to know what's changed in the content.

Yes, you can run a job in attended mode and look at the Sync Preview and then cancel it.
