Use Syncovery AND other folder compare tools - WebDAV

Hello,
is there a recommended way to sync to a WebDAV server AND be able to access the WebDAV files from different tools or via Web directly?

My WebDAV server does not seem to support timestamps (t-online), so I always had trouble even when using smartsync.
So I changed to Filename encoding in the internet protocol settings.
This helps mostly for preserving timestamp, but you cannot use other tools than Syncovery for accessing the WebDAV folder and comparing files - all files have different names due to the timestamp extension.
Using Synthetic backups will have the same problem.
In addition, from time to time, Syncovery seems to have a hiccup and copies the files WITH timestamp extension to the local folder.

So if there is a way to sync to a WebDAV server, preserving timestamps in some way AND being able to access the WebDAV files from other tools, I would be glad to hear of it!
