FTP Backup not working

hi, iam using super file flexible version 5.70 to move files from my PC to my server FTP, somehow it stopped working, and it uploads the file but with 0kb , and i get this error on report
FTP Exception (5): EclTcpClientError 550 Permission denied @ 00CAC776

i realy dont know what happened, it worked before with no problem, i am using other computers doing the same thing too, & there is no problem, i tried changing to other files and the same thing happens

what can i do?

Permission denied means that the permissions on the server side are not correct. You need to fix the server. It could be permissions inside the FTP user configuration or Windows NTFS permissions of the folders.

If problems remain, please post a complete log file.

all permissions are the same from all users, and no one has a problem uploading the files, the log file is this;

I think it's a server issue that has nothing to do with our software.

However in the synchronizer, you can try the three different FTP libraries 1,2,3 and also try Passive Mode on or off. These options are on the Internet/FTP dialog in the profile.

ok, its now working using library 2, all others didnt work, i dont know why,
i am using like 5 other computers and they all run on library 3 with no problem, i guess maybe its a firewall issue on the client site? why is only library 2 working? will it make any diffrence if i use library 2?

I don't know. But if it's working that's fine. They are three different FTP programs. Each one works slightly differently, but the end result should be the same.
