Multiple sources in one profile

Is it possible to set two (or more) sources in one profile? I have two hard disks (C and D), and I'd like to set them both to sync (mirror) to separate folders on my NAS, but I see no way to do this. I suppose it's possible to get the same effect by creating separate profiles, and running them in parallel, but I'm just wondering if it's possible to do it all in one profile...

a separate profile needs to be used for each source drive.
