Mirror Sync Without Deleting Files

How would I set up an exact mirror Left to Right and not delete files from the Right side (destination)?

I'm playing around with removing the deleted items from the Attended Mode list of activity and then starting the job. Would this work?

Hello,
you can just use "Standard Copying".

Or, if you do want to overwrite newer files with older ones from the source (which rarely happens), you can choose Exact Mirror mode and click the Configure button to remove the deletion feature.

But yes, you can also just modify the Sync Preview.
