Files that have been copied ....

Postby CCA on Tue May 04, 2010 3:34 pm

I have a large number of files on the LEFT that I copied to the RIGHT.
And now I want to use the mirror setting and do not want to recopy all the files.

Is there a way around this? I would like to have SFFS look at the RIGHT and see the files already exist and not try to copy them again.

Any help would be great!

Hello,

normally the program does not recopy any files because it checks both sides first. Please run the job manually in the foreground so you can see the proposed copying actions in the Sync Preview. If it wants to recopy files, then something might be wrong. Such as the timestamps not matching up. You should see the reason in the Preview. You can also post screenshots here or send them to support@superflexible.com for interpretation.

Best wishes,
