Error with zip folder

I am having issues on multiple sites. This error only occurs with the backup to AWS. When ran scheduled, or manually the backup does nothing. It immediately shows the error in the screen shot. When i go to that path shown and delete the .zip in the TEMP folder the next backup works perfectly. I have done this at multiple sites multiple time (deleted the .zip) the problem eventually returns in an indeterminate amount of time. This is only a temporary fix.

Attached is a log file as well. This is all from 1 site.

It would be interesting to see the log file that precedes this run, because that left the zip file in the TEMP folder, thinking that the upload to S3 failed and needed to be retried.

Unfortunately the retry does nothing because the file (or an older one with the same name) is already on S3.
