Bypass or empty Trash in Google Drive

Postby redmoor on Thu Jan 31, 2019 5:12 am

I am backing up data to google drive which is working ok.

However when files are deleted by the backup process they go to the trash folder.
Files in the trash folder still count towards your storage limit so I am soon running out of space.

Is there a way to bypass the trash when doing a backup?

You can choose whether to use the Trash under Files->Deletions in the profile.
