Configurable Infos in tray icon balloons

I would like to see more configurable infos in the tray icon balloons:
- progress in % would be nice
- same for elapsed and remaining time for actual profile
- no tray icon balloon tips at all could be an option
- show balloon tips only when "mouse over tray icon"
